Assessments

Seven types of DISC assessment. Start with the one that matches your situation.

Seven types of DISC assessment, built on the same behavioral model so they share a language. What differs is who is being read, and what for.

Your situation

Anyone, at any level. DISC and Emotional Intelligence read together, so it says what to adapt, not what you are

What are you trying to fix?

Most people arrive with a situation rather than a product in mind. Pick the one that sounds like yours.

Core 2.0

The style is fixed. The Emotional Intelligence is not.

DISC behavioral style and Emotional Intelligence in one integrated report, with FlowConnect included. It answers what someone's style is, how well they adapt it, and what to do differently — which is why it works whether you are running a single debrief or a rollout across an organization.

What DISC assessment tools are there? Seven, on one behavioral model

One assessment, five of the reports. Core 2.0, Portrait 2.0, Leader 2.0, Sales 2.0 and Fit 2.0 all run from the same untimed online questionnaire, which most people complete in 10 to 20 minutes. Group 2.0 is built from the individual profiles of the people in the team. Flow360 adds ratings from colleagues alongside the person's own.

What lands in someone's hands

  1. 9 to 45 pages

    The report

Three sections: what your style is, what it means in practice, and what to do differently. Written to be read by the person, not interpreted by a specialist.

  2. Included

    Facilitation support

Debrief structures, facilitation guides and workshop materials, whether we deliver with you or you deliver yourself.

  3. Multiple languages

    Available in multiple languages

The same instrument and the same model, so a multinational rollout produces results that can be read side by side.
