How buying works
You buy tokens. Each report costs a set number of them.
There is no subscription, no platform fee and no per-user licensing. You hold a balance, spend it as you deliver, and the rate per token improves as the volume goes up. Tokens do not expire.

What things cost
How much does a DISC assessment cost? It depends which report
Every report has a fixed token cost
The same everywhere. What varies is the price you pay per token, which steps down as volume goes up.
Fit 2.0
Interviews and onboarding.

Portrait 2.0
Behavioral style, for a large group.

Included
Things that are not a separate line
FlowConnect
Included with Portrait 2.0, Core 2.0, Sales 2.0 and Leader 2.0. Not a separate subscription, not an upgrade.
The platform
FlowHub comes with the reports. No platform fee, no seats, no per-user licensing.
Regenerating a report
If someone loses theirs, or you need it again in another format, you do not spend a token twice.
Support
Helping you choose the right report, plan a rollout and get set up is part of the service. None of it is a chargeable event.
Getting a number
The price per token depends on volume and where you are
Rates step down as volume goes up, and they are set regionally, because delivery and support are local. That is why a single published figure would be wrong in most markets.
Tell us roughly how many people, which report, and where you are. That is enough for a quote, and it usually takes one conversation rather than a procurement cycle.
Not sure which report you need?
Tell us the situation and we will tell you what fits, including when the answer is a workshop rather than an assessment.
