Free resources
Free DISC resources. No forms — not as a launch offer, as a policy.
Everything listed here is open. No email address, no qualifying questions, no sequence afterwards. If you want to talk to us later you know where we are.
Why
A gate tells you what a company thinks of its own material
Putting a form in front of a sample report says the report needs selling. Ours does not — it is the single most persuasive thing we have, and a gate would mean fewer people seeing the one asset that reliably changes minds.
The same logic applies to the evidence. If the psychometrics only get shown to people who have already identified themselves as buyers, that is not publishing evidence. It is qualifying leads with a technical document.
Everything ungated
Take what's useful
Four free tools
A DISC style test, an emotional intelligence test, and two short quizzes on team communication and self-awareness. Three minutes each, results on the page, no payment at any point.
All seven sample reports
Complete reports, exactly as a participant receives them — Core 2.0, Portrait 2.0, Leader 2.0, Sales 2.0, Group 2.0, Fit 2.0 and Flow360. Most providers gate these, which tells you what they think of them.
The evidence summary
Reliability, structural and convergent validity, the norming sample, how the instrument was built, and what is still open in the validity program.
The science, in plain English
Seventeen pages on what Discflow measures and why DISC and Emotional Intelligence are measured together, written for people who are not psychometricians.
Thirty-one answers
Including pricing, the boundaries of use, and the claims we have decided not to make.
How FlowConnect works
The six moments, the two lenses, the eleven engines, and a worked example of what the guidance actually says.
What is not free
Two things, and the reasons
The full Technical Manual goes to qualified users and accredited practitioners on request. Not because it is precious, but because normative tables and scoring detail in untrained hands produce confident misinterpretation — which is worse than no interpretation.
The workshop materials and facilitation guides come with certification. They are the substance of what a Certified Trainer is paying for, and giving them away would devalue the credential for everyone who holds it.
Everything else, as far as we can manage it, is open.
