Sample reports
DISC assessment sample reports. Read them page by page.
Complete sample reports for all seven assessments, exactly as they arrive. The opening pages are open to everyone; leave your name and email and the whole report unlocks on the page.
Why we show the report
The report is the argument
Most assessment providers hide their sample entirely. Ours is the single most persuasive thing we have, so the opening pages of every report are open to anyone, and the rest takes a name and an email — nothing more.
So read it, keep it, send it to a colleague, take it into a procurement meeting. If you want to talk afterwards, we're easy to find.
All seven
Every report, start to finish — a DISC profile example for each
Real report structures, generated for fictional people so nothing identifies anyone. Everything else is exactly what a participant receives.

What to look for
Four things worth checking as you read
If you are comparing these against another instrument, these are the places the difference shows.
Most reports stop at describing the style. Section 3 of Core 2.0 reads the DISC style and the EI scores together across eight topics, each ending with reflection questions and space to write. That is the Emotional Intelligence layer showing up as an output rather than as a score.
It was measured in the same sitting and written into the same report, so it should read as one document rather than two stapled together. This is the structural difference from buying an EI product separately.
These are written to be read by the participant, not interpreted by a specialist. That matters for a rollout, where most people will never sit in a debrief with a trained facilitator.
The report is the beginning. FlowConnect is coaching guidance written for that person's profile, reached through the platform in the moments that matter — included with Portrait 2.0, Core 2.0, Leader 2.0 and Sales 2.0.
Before you decide
Reading them side by side
If you are choosing between reports rather than evaluating the instrument, read Core 2.0 and one other. Core shows you the full structure; the second shows you what changes when the framing changes. Portrait against Core answers the cost question. Group or Flow360 against Core answers the "is this the same report with a different cover" question, and it isn't.
