The workshop library · For Certified Trainers

Five DISC workshops you didn't have to write.

Designed, written and tested as a commercial product, and now part of the Certified Trainer package. Not templates and not a starting point — sessions you could deliver next week.

Why this matters

The expensive part of a certification is what comes after it

Not the fee. The weeks afterwards, unpaid, building the deck you need before you can quote anybody — and the quiet worry that what you have built is not as good as what a larger firm would put in front of the same client.

These five remove that. Each one is a complete four-hour session: slide deck, facilitation guide, participant workbook, exercises and debrief materials. Professionally designed, consistent with the instrument, and ready to run.

You set the fee. We do not price these to your clients, publish them, or sell them as a corporate product. They are yours to deliver and yours to charge for.

The library

Five sessions, five different jobs

Each stands on its own, and together they run as a sequence a client can work through over a year.

Whole teams, wide rollouts, anyone new to the model

DISC

The behavioral foundation, and the session most clients think they are asking for when they call. Four styles, what each needs, and where friction predictably shows up between them. Ends with people able to describe a colleague's style without it sounding like a criticism.

Four hours. Slides, facilitation guide, workbook and exercises included.

Teams who already have the shared language

Emotional Intelligence

Self-awareness and awareness of others, and the difference between noticing your own pattern and being able to interrupt it. The session that answers what people do with the DISC insight once the novelty has worn off.

Four hours. Slides, facilitation guide, workbook and exercises included.

Leadership groups, intact teams, anyone with one day only

DISC and Emotional Intelligence combined

Both layers read together in a single session. The one almost nobody else in the market can deliver, because almost nobody else measures both in one instrument. When a client can only give you one day, this is the day.

Four hours. Slides, facilitation guide, workbook and exercises included.

Managers, new managers, leadership cohorts

Leadership

Behavioral style applied to leading people: what the style produces in a team, what happens to it under pressure, and what to adjust in the moments that set the tone. Built around the situations managers actually find difficult.

Four hours. Slides, facilitation guide, workbook and exercises included.

Sales teams and their managers

Sales

Reading buyers, adapting in the room, and handling the moments where a deal turns on behavior rather than product knowledge. Applied to the live pipeline rather than to role play.

Four hours. Slides, facilitation guide, workbook and exercises included.

In every pack

Everything you need to walk in and run it

Slide deck

Designed rather than assembled, and consistent with the reports your participants will be holding.

Facilitation guide

Timings, transitions, the questions that open a discussion and the ones that close it down.

Participant workbook

What people write in during the session and take away afterwards. The part that gets left on desks.

Activities and exercises

Team activities and applied exercises, with the behavioral discussion tools that make them land.

Debrief support

Structures for the individual conversations that follow a group session, which is often where the value is.

FlowConnect guidance

How to hand people off to the guidance that continues after you leave the room.

How practitioners use them

One session is a booking. Five is an account.

Standalone. A client has a specific problem and wants a day on it. You have a designed session ready, and you are quoting within the hour rather than after a weekend of building.

As a sequence. A client who liked the DISC day has an obvious next thing to book, and then another. Five sessions is not one offer delivered five times — it is a year of development a client can work through, which is how a single workshop becomes a retained relationship.

Embedded. Drop a session into a leadership program, an onboarding track or an internal development curriculum you are already running, without redesigning around it.

What you still need

Reports are bought separately

Every session is built around participants holding their own report, so each workshop needs the reports to go with it. Those come from your token account at a rate that improves with volume — the sessions themselves cost you nothing more.

Which report depends on the session, and that is set out beside each one above.
