In-house workshops

Communication workshops for teams, designed around the problem you actually have.

Half-day and one-day sessions, built with you against a specific situation your teams are struggling with — not selected from a catalog and delivered with your logo on the front slide.

Teams that work better together

Why bespoke

"DISC workshop" is nobody's problem

Nobody wakes up needing a behavioral model. They wake up because two functions have stopped talking to each other, or because a team has been through a restructure and the trust has not come back, or because a manager has been avoiding a conversation for four months and it is now everyone's problem.

A session designed around the instrument answers a question nobody asked. A session designed around the situation uses the instrument as a means to get somewhere — and people can tell the difference within twenty minutes.

So we start with what is actually happening. The behavioral work is the same rigorous model either way; what changes is that the day is built around your situation, your examples and the outcome you need from it.

What we're most often asked for

In-house team workshops, named by the problem not the product

These are the situations that bring people here. If yours is not on the list, it is still the kind of thing we design around.

Conflict that keeps coming back

The same two people, or the same two functions, in the same argument in a different form. Behavioral difference explains more of it than anyone involved believes.

Trust after a difficult period

Restructure, a change of leadership, a project that went badly. The work restarted; the willingness to be candid did not.

Communication breaking down between teams

Two groups who each think the other is unreasonable, usually because pace and directness differ and nobody has named it.

Difficult conversations managers avoid

Feedback that never quite happens, or happens badly. The most requested session, and the one with the most immediate effect.

A team that cannot reach a decision

Capable people, endless discussion, nothing settled. Often a composition problem rather than a process one.

A team under sustained pressure

Where everyone has reverted to their default behavior and stopped adapting to each other, because there is no slack left to do it with.

How it works

Four steps, and the first one is a conversation

Tell us what is happening

Not a brief — a conversation. What the situation is, who is in it, what has already been tried, and what would need to be different for you to call it a good day.

We design it with you

Half-day or full-day, built around your situation and your examples. You see the design before it runs, and you tell us where it would land badly — you know your organization and we do not.

Everyone completes an assessment first

People arrive holding their own report, so the day starts from real data about the people in the room rather than from a model on a slide.

We deliver, and something continues

FlowConnect comes with the reports, so people have guidance for the moments that matter after the day rather than only during it. That is usually what determines whether anything survives the following month.

Being honest about a day

A workshop is a day. A program is a year.

A well-designed day will shift how a team talks to each other, and that is worth having. What it will not do on its own is produce behavior change you can evidence twelve months later, and we would rather say so than let you find out.

Most people start here anyway, and that is the right order. A day tells you whether this model works for your people before you commit to anything larger. If it does, the twelve-month programs pick up exactly where the day stops — with a baseline, a measurement spine and the same instrument underneath.

And if you find yourself booking us three or four times a year, say so. At that point it is usually cheaper and considerably faster to certify your own L&D or HR team, so the next team that needs a session gets a calendar invite rather than a purchase order.

Practical detail

What to expect commercially

What a bespoke in-house workshop involves commercially
FormatHalf-day or full-day, delivered in person or online. Group size and format are part of the design conversation rather than fixed in advance.
AssessmentsEveryone completes a report beforehand — usually Core 2.0, sometimes Portrait 2.0 for larger groups, with Group 2.0 alongside where the team dynamic is the issue. Reports are quoted with the day.
DesignIncluded. We do not charge separately for the discovery conversation or for building the session around your situation.
DeliveryBy Discflow directly. Corporate work is handled by HQ rather than routed elsewhere.
PricingQuoted against the design, because a bespoke session is not a catalog item. Tell us the shape and we will come back within one business day.
ProcurementPurchase orders, supplier onboarding and procurement requirements all supported.
